Leadership Essentials has experience with e-learning, experiential learning, strategic project facilitation and coaching. We have worked with multinationals and with family owned businesses. We have run programs for Board members, executive teams and young High Potentials in North America, Latin America, Europa, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
We also work with business schools on specific projects and program development. We have experience with all stages of program design and delivery, from writing RFPs to managing programs, clients and overseeing execution on the ground. We regularly design and deliver programs with elements of experential learning, project facilitation, coaching and e-learning as some of their core components.
