Individual Coaching: maximize your potential

At Leadership Essentials we provide individual coaching for executives who would like to boost their performance in general, or who have specific areas that they have identified for improvement.  We start with an overall assessment and move on to the development of a personal development plan (PDP) with each manager we coach.  The PDP is co-created with the coach and the client and it will clearly state goals and strategies to achieve these goals.  The entire process is mapped out and transparent from the beginning.  We take a holistic approach to personal development and believe that any coaching path should focus on all key areas of a managers’ life. 

 

The typical coaching process begins with an in-depth introductory session and is followed by bi-weekly coaching sessions to discuss progress, the PDP and to identify the focus area for the next two weeks.  We use various tools, including TypeCoach (a personality type assessment) and NeuroQuotient to guide the development of the PDP and to measure progress.  All our coaches are fully CTI certified and have over 5 years of experience as executive coaches. 

Team Coaching: take your team from good to great

We work with teams and with each individual on the team to make sure everyone has the support they need to turn a good team into a great team.  We have extensive experience working with executive teams and boards.  We also work with dysfunctional teams and believe that any team can be a high-performance team with support and specific tools.  We often use personality type assessments to profile team members and gain insights into pain points and possible friction areas.

A typical team coaching program could include:

* Team assessment to agree on the areas for improvement and a discussion of the Team’s Development Plan

* Individual assessments of each team member to develop a Personal Development Plan (PDP). 

* Weekly or bi-weekly coaching calls with each individual team member, as required and agreed upon in each managers       Personal Development Plan (PDP). 

* Quarterly check-in calls with the whole team to measure impact and discuss next steps.
